AIVA Horticulture has quickly established itself as one of the go to companies for targeted crop nutrition, bio-stimulants and biological inputs alongside impartial agronomic advice all as part of a Holistic Growing System. The biggest impact being in soft fruit, top fruit and vines where engaging with growers and industry leading advisors has presented cost effective solutions to their problems.
A Holistic Approach to Crop Nutrition
Callos and Triad have offered true nutrient solutions, harnessing Flex Uptake Technology creating stabilised nutrient complexes rapidly absorbed by the plant allowing for efficient utilisation of applied nutrients. These two products combined promote harder more resilient growth in most crops by providing plant nutrients associated with natural resilience. Crops are typically low in these elements, this has proven to be the case this season with prolonged periods of restricting nutrient uptake via the roots. Complimentary foliar feeding is essential in these situations.
Introducing AIVA Augment: A Product with Game-Changing Results
Augment has been a particular success story, originally formulated for use in ornamentals and soft fruit as a fertigation additive for crops grown in peat free media. Adding Augment has also seen an increase in nutrient use efficiencies when fertigating and started to reduce the EC of some growers feed programmes, in some cases as much as 20-30% less applied nutrition but with the same results. Adding to the Augment story, after trialling it has been used successfully as a foliar feed in most flowering and fruiting crops. Helping reduce abiotic stress, increasing uptake of applied foliar sprays and also promoting a steady harder foliar growth.
The Science Behind Augment: Harnessing Nature's Power
A combination of seaweed extract and fulvic acids derived from the dedicated microbial fermentation of various vegetative matter you end up with a product high in bio-active compounds, fulvic acids, humic acids and amino acids.
