Pumping the Potential of Flex technologies
This year’s event highlighted the clear need to delve into the science and potential of the Flex range, the technologies within the Aiva liquid fertiliser and crop nutrition range. Conversations during Groundswell with Jan at Flex, were inspiring. We discussed the developments being made during the continued in-depth trialling of Flex technologies at HQ in Denmark. There’s more going on beneath the surface of these products than we’ve fully articulated so far.
Jan, and Flex, are looking into the fact that flex foliars could be phloem mobile. This could mean that they are able to make immobile elements mobile throughout the plant by utilising its internal distribution systems.
In addition, the technology within Flex helps with osmo-regulation and nutrient mobilisation, which could explain why we see a greater response in these products than the simple nutrient analyses suggest.
If you’re interested in learning more about our complexes and their mode of action, please get in touch for recent scientific studies.
Groundswell overall reaffirmed that we are in the right place, with the right message. The focus now is on strengthening our technical case, particularly around the Flex range. As Jan shares more data and we continue to investigate, we’re better positioned to lead the conversation around nutrient delivery, plant health, and regenerative system support.
