SOLSTICE — High-Energy, Nitrogen-Free Power for Early Growth

Early crop development sets the trajectory for the entire season. When young plants have access to fast, efficient energy, they root deeper and build stronger structures. SOLSTICE is engineered to deliver exactly that—a powerful, nitrogen-free boost of highly available foliar phosphorus paired with a balanced package of supporting micro-nutrients.

Designed using AIVA’s advanced Flex Technology, SOLSTICE delivers rapid nutrient uptake and exceptional efficiency as both a foliar and soil-applied application. For growers looking to secure robust establishment, SOLSTICE provides a powerful edge.

High-Efficiency Phosphorus for Energy & Rooting

Fast-growing young plants require immediate access to phosphorus for ATP (energy) formation and root initiation. However, soil phosphorus is often locked up, especially in calcareous or high-pH soils. SOLSTICE overcomes this by delivering phosphorus in a plant-ready form that supports:

  • Nitrogen-free energy: Ideal after large N dressings or where clean energy is required.
  • Stronger early rooting: Enabling crops to access deeper moisture and nutrients.
  • Vigorous establishment: Faster early development and canopy growth.

Flex Technology — Faster Uptake & More Power

SOLSTICE utilises AIVA’s proven Flex Technology, allowing nutrients to enter the leaf before droplets dry and move rapidly into the plant’s phloem system. This ensures:

  • Swift, controlled nutrient release.
  • Higher nutrient availability during peak energy demand.
  • Reduced losses through leaching or eluvation.
  • Simultaneous uptake of all supporting elements.

Support Crop Strength After Major Nutrient Inputs

After nitrogen applications, crops often experience a temporary imbalance where energy demand exceeds nutrient supply. SOLSTICE helps restore that balance by providing metabolic stability and improved canopy health at pivotal early stages. This makes it ideal for use alongside heavy N dressings or PK fertilisers.

"I have very calcareous, sandy chalk soils with low phosphorus availability. Traditionally, we used large amounts of DAP; it worked but locked up fast. Since trialling SOLSTICE, DAP is now a thing of the past. What a difference in my P availability!"

Early Robust Development = Season-Long Advantage

Strong early growth is one of the most reliable predictors of yield potential. SOLSTICE helps crops establish rapidly, build strong root systems, outcompete weeds more effectively, and transition smoothly into rapid vegetative development.

SOLSTICE — Reliable, nitrogen-free plant energy for a powerful start.

SOLSTICE is a versatile foliar and/or soil-applied fertiliser and is a combination product for nutritional programs. Safe to use and easily mixed, SOLSTICE can be applied alongside most crop nutrition and crop health products as well as fungicides, pesticides, and herbicides.

Application Overview:

  • Typical Rates: Dose rates are usually between 5 and 20 L/ha depending on crop requirements.
  • Versatility: Can be used as a targeted foliar energy boost or as a soil-applied starter.
  • Compatibility: Excellent tank-mix flexibility with a wide range of fungicides, pesticides, and herbicides.

Use as part of a good agronomic programme (INM strategy). Always consider weather conditions at the time of application and ensure proper coverage for foliar treatments.
