With precise die cut openings for high oxygen transfer efficiency and low head loss as well as grooved PP-support tubing this Diffuser Kit is designed for efficiency and output. Placed in a standard 1000L IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container), the Diffuser kit is used to multiply and feed different sets of soluble microbial consortiums.
Diffuser air flow rate at standard operating conditions: 1-6 nm³/h
Diffuser total perforated area: 900cm²
Air supply rate at standard operating conditions: 45 L/min

Diffuser Kit is an essential tool for bio-brew aeration. Feeds soluble microbial consortiums effectively, multiplying populations whilst creating a cost-effective solution.
- Create bespoke biological seed drenches
- Supply essential oxygen input for bio-brews
- Generate cost-effective, fostered biology
Acquire a 1000L intermediate bulk container (IBC). Make sure that the container is thoroughly clean. We suggest cutting either the central third of the top out or removing it completely to aid in cleaning and reduce pressure build up. Fill the container with tap or rainwater based on the volume you require for application (minimum 400L). Rainwater is preferred as it contains less chemicals and it is already normally pH neutral. If using tap water, always start the diffuser at least 30 minutes before brewing to gas off any chlorine.
Place the air pump on the top of the container and feed the diffuser bar slowly into the water. It is extremely important that the air pump be placed higher than the water level and that the diffuser bar is positioned centrally at the bottom of the IBC to allow for maximum circulation. Plug into a mains socket and switch on the pump. Add your brew recipe and wait.
Return approximately 24hrs later to your finished brew. A 1000L brew can cover up to 40ha. Your Aiva representative will help you to create the right brewing recipe and discuss how to change it based on the area, crop and timing of application. Always make sure that your IBC and diffuser kit are cleaned thoroughly after each use. Any bacterial residue can affect the quality of the next brew by changing the makeup of the species which are being brewed. To enhance your setup and create stronger or quicker brews, consider insulating the IBC, or heating the water. Increasing the starting water temperature up to 25⁰C can also reduce the amount of product needed to brew.
